Various people who want to work in Kaspar's House have completed initial inclusive training.
There were 3 modules from April to July 2024:
Module 1: Who am I and why? What are my strengths?
2nd module: How do we become a team?
3rd module: What areas are there in Kaspar's House? Where would I like to work? What do I need to be able to do or learn?

The training was organized by Sonja Zausch in a varied way: Talks, painting, games, role-playing and information. There were 12 of us and we had an interesting time together.

Now we are looking forward to the opening of Kaspar's house so that we can get started!
